Peanut Butter Cheesecake Recipe

  1. CRUST: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Butter bottom and sides of 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Combine crushed wafers, sugar and butter.
  4. Press into bottom of pan.
  5. FILLING: Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips and blend well.
  6. Add in chocolate chips.
  7. Spread filling in crust.
  8. Bake till center of filling is hard, 70-80 min.
  9. Let stand at room temperature 15 min before adding topping.
  10. TOPPING: Blend all ingredients.
  11. Spread over cheesecake.
  12. Bake 10 min.
  13. Let cake cold, then chill at least 3 hrs before serving.
