Three Bean Pasta Salad Recipe
- 1/2 c. Mazola corn oil
- 1/4 c. white vinegar
- 1/2 c. finely minced onion
- 1/2 c. minced red pepper
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 8 ounce. Mueller's elbow, cooked, rinsed with cool water and liquid removed
- 1 can (16 ounce.) kidney beans, rinsed, and liquid removed
- 1 c. frzn cut wax beans, thawed and liquid removed
- 1 c. frzn cut green beans, thawed and liquid removed
- In large bowl, stir corn oil, vinegar, onion, red pepper, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper till blended.
- Add in remaining ingredients; toss to coat well.
- Cover and chill.
- Makes 8 servings.
