Tinga
- 1 can Chipotle with adobo sauce
- 2 large Chicken breast
- 1 can V8 juice
- 1 dash Black pepper
- 1 as needed Ketchup
- 1 packages Hard tostada shells
- 1 as needed Optional- lettuce, sour cream, guacamole
- Boil chicken breast
- Drain and shred chicken
- Blend can of chipotle in blender till smooth then add it to chicken
- Add small can of v8
- Add black pepper and ketchup to taste.
- Ketchup helps to balance heat of chipotle.
- Heat on medium to low.
- Heat till chicken is not so watery.
- Finish serve on tostada shell and enjoy
