Tinga

  1. Boil chicken breast
  2. Drain and shred chicken
  3. Blend can of chipotle in blender till smooth then add it to chicken
  4. Add small can of v8
  5. Add black pepper and ketchup to taste.
  6. Ketchup helps to balance heat of chipotle.
  7. Heat on medium to low.
  8. Heat till chicken is not so watery.
  9. Finish serve on tostada shell and enjoy
