Toffee-Speckled Cheesecake Bars
- 1-1/4 qt. OREO Pieces-Small
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup Unsalted butter, melted
- 3 qt. Cold milk
- 1 pkg. JELL-O Brand Cheesecake Filling Mix
- 2-1/2 cups English toffee bits
- Mix OREO Pieces, sugar and butter until well blended.
- Press evenly onto bottoms of 2 full (2-inch) hotel pans (or 1 full hotel pan for trial recipe).
- Place milk and cheesecake mix in large bowl of electric mixer fitted with wire whip attachment.
- Beat on low speed 15 seconds.
- Scrape bowl.
- Add toffee bits.
- Beat on medium speed 2 minutes.
- (Do not overbeat.)
- Pour evenly over crusts.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until firm.
- Cut into 3x2-inch bars.
