Toffee-Speckled Cheesecake Bars

  1. Mix OREO Pieces, sugar and butter until well blended.
  2. Press evenly onto bottoms of 2 full (2-inch) hotel pans (or 1 full hotel pan for trial recipe).
  3. Place milk and cheesecake mix in large bowl of electric mixer fitted with wire whip attachment.
  4. Beat on low speed 15 seconds.
  5. Scrape bowl.
  6. Add toffee bits.
  7. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes.
  8. (Do not overbeat.)
  9. Pour evenly over crusts.
  10. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until firm.
  11. Cut into 3x2-inch bars.
