Korean Style Tofu

  1. For the tofu:
  2. (Dab the tofu with paper towels before cooking.)

  4. Heat the oil in a sauce pan on medium-high heat.

  6. Fry the tofu for a few minutes on each side until lightly browned.
  7. For the sauce:

  9. Place all the other ingredients in a small bowl and stir.
  10. The longer the sauce sits, the more flavorful the sauce becomes.
  11. Pour the sauce over the tofu and serve.
  12. So easy!
