Korean Style Tofu
- 3/4 pounds, 2-18 ounces, weight Firm Tofu
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger, Minced
- 2 stalks Green Onion, Chopped
- 1/4 teaspoons Red Chili Flakes
- 1/2 teaspoons Sesame Seeds (optional)
- 1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- For the tofu:
- (Dab the tofu with paper towels before cooking.)

- Heat the oil in a sauce pan on medium-high heat.

- Fry the tofu for a few minutes on each side until lightly browned.
- For the sauce:
- 1.
- Place all the other ingredients in a small bowl and stir.
- The longer the sauce sits, the more flavorful the sauce becomes.
- Pour the sauce over the tofu and serve.
