Baked Cod Provencal Recipe

  2. Preheat oven to 450'F.
  3. Arrange fillets in 8x8x2" square baking dish.

  5. Saute/fry onion and garlic in oil in medium-size skillet over medium heat 3-5 min or possibly till lightly softened.
  6. Add in tomatoes, capers, basil, olives, lemon juice, oregano, salt if using, and pepper.
  7. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 8 min.
  8. Spoon sauce over fish.
  9. 3.
  10. Bake in preheated 450'F.
  11. oven for 10 min or possibly till cooked through.
