Ceviche Salad
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 tomatoes, diced
- 12 avocado, diced
- 14 cup prepared mango salsa
- 12 lime, juice of, a
- salt and pepper
- Combine ingredients, tossing lightly.
- Chill.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
