Holiday Lobster Spread Recipe

  1. In medium saucepan, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over water and lemon juice.
  2. Let stand 1 minute.
  3. Stir over low heat till gelatin is completely dissolved, about 5 min.
  4. With wire whip or possibly rotary beater, blend in lowfat sour cream, chili sauce and horseradish; mix in lobster.
  5. Turn into Mirro Copper-tone 3 1/2 c. lobster mold; refrigeratetill hard.
  6. Serve with crackers.
  7. Makes about 3 1/2 c. of spread.
