Easy to Make and Very Soft Spare Rib Stew
- 500 grams Pork spare ribs
- 1 long one Carrot
- 1 Onion
- 1 can Demi-glace sauce
- 4 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 1 Soup stock cube
- 50 ml Wine (either red or white on hand)
- 400 ml Water
- 1 Vegetable oil
- 1 Salt and pepper
- Cut the carrot into rolling slices.
- Cut the onion into wedges.
- Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on spare ribs.
- Lightly coat a pan with oil, and cook the spare ribs until brown.
- Add the cut vegetables and stir fry.
- When the vegetables are coated with oil, add wine, water and demi-glace sauce.
- Bring it to a boil.
- Add a soup stock cube and tomato ketchup, then simmer.
- Skim off the scum.
- Simmer over low heat for about 2 hours.
- Stir every 15 minutes to prevent burning.
- Set a kitchen timer to alert yourself.
- It's done.
- The meat will easily come off from the bone.
