Easy to Make and Very Soft Spare Rib Stew

  1. Cut the carrot into rolling slices.
  2. Cut the onion into wedges.
  3. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on spare ribs.
  4. Lightly coat a pan with oil, and cook the spare ribs until brown.
  5. Add the cut vegetables and stir fry.
  6. When the vegetables are coated with oil, add wine, water and demi-glace sauce.
  7. Bring it to a boil.
  8. Add a soup stock cube and tomato ketchup, then simmer.
  9. Skim off the scum.
  10. Simmer over low heat for about 2 hours.
  11. Stir every 15 minutes to prevent burning.
  12. Set a kitchen timer to alert yourself.
  13. It's done.
  14. The meat will easily come off from the bone.
