Crunchy Vegetable Salad Recipe

  1. Trim off large leaves of broccoli.
  2. Remove tough ends of lower stalks, and wash broccoli thoroughly.
  3. Cut into bite-size pcs.
  4. Wash cauliflower and remove green leaves.
  5. Separate cauliflower into flowerets, slicing large flowerets into bite-size pcs.
  6. Combine vegetables in a large bowl.
  7. Combine remaining ingredients; stir well.
  8. Add in mayonnaise mix, tossing to coat vegetables.
  9. Refrigerateseveral hrs before serving.
  10. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
