Brown rice veggie and egg fried rice

  1. Cut and prep.
  2. Veggies.
  3. Get medium size pan.
  4. All 1/2 the oil and heat up pan.
  5. Beat eggs and add to pan on medium to high.
  6. Cook like any scrambled eggs.
  7. (Add salt and peper if desired)
  8. When finished cooking remove eggs from pan and set aside.
  9. Add the rest of the oil to pan and add carrots cook for 3 min on medium.
  10. Then add green bell pepers and cook for 1 min on medium.
  11. Add onion and cook veggies for about 4-5min on medium.
  12. Untill soft but not squishy.
  13. Add salt and peper if desired
  14. Add cooked brown rice to pan with veggies.
  15. on medium to low heat just to reheate the rice.
  16. Stir constantly to keep from sticking.
  17. Lower heat a little and add soy sauce and mix in.
  18. Add eggs back to pan and mix everything together on low heat for about 2 min.
  19. Add salt and peper if desired.
  20. Remove from heat and ENJOY!
