Sheila's Quick Creamy Chile Mushroom Soup

  1. Place chiles, undiluted soup and 1/2 cup milk in blender.
  2. Blend only 'til smooth, app.
  3. 30 seconds.
  4. Do not overblend.
  5. Pour mixture and remaining 1 cup of milk into a saucepan and heat over med.
  6. heat.
  7. Stir in sour cream and serve warm.
  8. Garnish with fresh sliced mushrooms.
