Dry Jack Cheese Marinated in Herbed Olive Oil

  1. Layer the cheese, sage, basil, and rosemary in a decorative jar.
  2. Add the peppercorns and garlic and pour the oil over the top until the cheese is completely covered.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve, for up to 1 week.
  4. Bring to room temperature before serving.
