Chicken n Rice Casserole
- 1- 1/2 cup Uncooked Rice
- 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup (10 Oz. Can)
- 1 can Cream Of Chicken Soup (10 Oz. Can)
- 2- 1/2 cups Milk, Plus Extra If Needed
- 1/2 teaspoons Each, Salt And Pepper
- 1 whole Cut-up Fryer Chicken (about 9-10 Chicken Pieces)
- Preheat oven to 325 F. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients except chicken pieces.
- Pour into a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish.
- Layer chicken on top.
- Bake 2 hours at 325 F. Check while baking and add more milk if needed.
