Queen Puff's Lasagna
- 1 lb ground beef, cooked
- 1 lb Italian sausage, cooked
- 24 -36 ounces spaghetti sauce (I prefer Prego traditional)
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 4 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 eggs
- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 12 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine cooked ground beef and ground Italian sausage with Prego sauce.
- Mix ricotta cheese, mozarella cheese and eggs in separate bowl.
- Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Add 1 cup Prego mixture to bottom of baking dish.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles on top of Prego mixture.
- Layer 1 cup cheese mixture on top of noodles.
- Repeat layers.
- Top with remaining noodles.
- Top with remaining Prego sauce.
- Sprinkle Paremesan cheese on top.
- Bake 45-60 minutes.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
