Jumbo Snap Cookies
- 6 ounces chocolate chips, melted
- 6 ounces butterscotch chips, melted
- 2 12 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 14 cups sugar
- 34 cup shortening (or 1/2 c shortening & 1/4 c butter)
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 12 teaspoon coconut flavoring
- powdered sugar
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Mix the flour & baking powder and set aside.
- Cream the sugar, shortening, and salt.
- Then beat the eggs and coconut flavoring into the sugar mixture.
- Now, add the flour mixture.
- Finally, add the melted chips into dough.
- Mix well.
- Shape into balls with a teaspoon.
- Roll in powdered sugar.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 for 12-14 minutes.
