Pork Loin in Mushroom Sauce
- 3 pork loin chops
- 1 small onion
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 (10 ounce) can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
- 12 cup milk
- Trim fat off of pork chops and cut up the onion into bite size pieces.
- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- Pour the olive oil into an oven friendly pan and brown the pork chops and onions in it (about 2 1/2 minutes per side).
- Add mushroom soup and milk to the pan and transfer it to the oven.
- Cook at 400F for approximately 30 minutes.
- It goes really good over potatoes!
