Pork Loin in Mushroom Sauce

  1. Trim fat off of pork chops and cut up the onion into bite size pieces.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  3. Pour the olive oil into an oven friendly pan and brown the pork chops and onions in it (about 2 1/2 minutes per side).
  4. Add mushroom soup and milk to the pan and transfer it to the oven.
  5. Cook at 400F for approximately 30 minutes.
  6. It goes really good over potatoes!
