Pork Sticks - Souflima

  1. Mix all food items and marinate over night.
  2. Slice pork tenderloin into rounds (4 for each person)
  3. Skewer the pork rounds so that the flat side will be on the grill.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Grill over charcoal until done.
  6. Serve with lemon garlic butter if desired.
