Witchel Family Lamb Chops

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Sprinkle garlic powder and seasoned salt liberally on both sides of chops.
  3. Place chops on broiling pan.
  4. Broil to taste, turning chops halfway through.
  5. Eyes should become crisp, not burnt, and meat along bone should be almost caramelized.
  6. Arrange chops on platter, and serve.
