Picnic Baked Beans Recipe

• 1/2 pound bacon, diced
• 1 med. onion, diced
• 1/2 c. ketchup
• 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 1 tbsp. cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 2 cans pork & beans
• 1 can kidney beans, liquid removed
• 1 can butter beans, liquid removed
• Several dashes of liquid smoke

1. Fry onion and bacon.
2. Drain off 1/2 of the grease.
3. Add in ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard and liquid smoke.
4. Combine beans in casserole and pour mix over.
5. Stir.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till warm and bubbly.
