Dan Dan Noodles with Spaghetti

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, and cook the pasta so that it's on the firm side.
  2. Put some oil in a frying pan and stir fry the ingredients.
  3. Add the ground meat, doubanjiang and miso, stir fry some more, add the soup stock granules and water, and simmer.
  4. Add the cooked pasta, simmer a little and it's done.
  5. The noodles are soupy here, but a soupless variation is delicious too.
  6. In that case, reduce the water by half, and cook the pasta so that it's a bit soft.
