Dan Dan Noodles with Spaghetti
- 100 grams Long pasta
- 40 grams Ground meat
- 1 or more Red chili pepper
- 1/2 tsp Grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp Grated garlic
- 1 tsp Chinese soup or chicken soup granules
- 2 tsp Miso
- 1 tsp Doubanjiang
- 200 ml Water
- Bring a pot of water to a boil, and cook the pasta so that it's on the firm side.
- Put some oil in a frying pan and stir fry the ingredients.
- Add the ground meat, doubanjiang and miso, stir fry some more, add the soup stock granules and water, and simmer.
- Add the cooked pasta, simmer a little and it's done.
- The noodles are soupy here, but a soupless variation is delicious too.
- In that case, reduce the water by half, and cook the pasta so that it's a bit soft.
