Smoky Philly-Style Grilled Cheese

  1. For each serving: Cook 2 oz.
  2. (60 g) meat and 1 oz.
  3. (30 g) each peppers and onions in small nonstick skillet on medium-high heat until heated through, stirring frequently.
  4. Fill 2 bread slices with meat mixture; drizzle with 2 tsp.
  5. (10 mL) barbecue sauce, then top with 1 cheese slice.
  6. Spread outside of sandwich evenly with 1 tsp.
  7. (5 mL) butter.
  8. Cook in small skillet on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min.
  9. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
  10. Cut in half to serve.
