Ruth's Shrimp Dip
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 12 white onion, finely diced
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 2 (4 1/2 ounce) cansdeveined baby shrimp
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle seafood cocktail sauce
- parsley (optional)
- serve with cracker
- Mix cream cheese, Worcestershire, mayo, onion, and garlic salt together.
- Spread this mixture to cover the bottom of a pizza pan or round platter.
- Spread the cocktail sauce over top of the cream cheese layer.
- Remove shrimp from cans and break it up with a fork.
- Sprinkle the shredded shrimp over top of the cocktail sauce.
- Optional: Sprinkle parsley on top.
- Chill until serving time.
- Serve with crackers (we like Ritz with this).
