Turkey Joes

  1. In a nonstick skillet, saute the turkey until cooked through, breaking up any large chunks; drain off fat.
  2. Add to 4-quart slow cooker.
  3. Add in the remaining ingredients; stir to combine.
  4. Cook on LOW for 8 hours; stir prior to serving.
  5. Serve on whole-grain buns; add some shredded cheddar cheese.
