Crockpot bacon cheeseburger dip
- 1 lb ground hamburger meat
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 onion diced
- 8 slice of thick cut bacon cooked crispy
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 12 oz whipped cream cheese
- 10 oz can of rotel
- 1 cup Swiss cheese or mozzarella
- 1 1/2 cup Mexican blend cheese or cheddar cheese
- Place first six ingredients in a pan and brown meat and onions.
- Drain grease from meat and add it to the slow cooker.
- Break up bacon and add to the slow cooker.
- Add remaining ingredients to slow cooker and mix well.
- Cook on low three to four hours our until cheese is fully melted and mixture is smooth
- Serve with chips, pork skins, or pretzels.
