Bun Bars
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
- 12 oz. butterscotch chips
- 2 c. crunchy peanut butter
- 2 c. salted peanuts
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. maple flavoring
- Melt together chocolate and butterscotch chips.
- Add peanut butter.
- Stir until smooth.
- Pour half of mixture onto a lightly greased 11 x 15-inch jelly roll pan.
- (Cool in fridge for 1/2 hour.)
- Add peanuts to other half of mixture.
- Set aside.
- Melt margarine; add evaporated milk.
- Stir in pudding and sugar.
- Mix with mixer until smooth.
- Add maple flavoring.
- Spread over first layer.
- Cool in fridge for 1 hour.
- Cover with remaining chocolate/peanut mixture and chill.
- Cut into squares and refrigerate.
