Easy Eggnog

  1. Prepare pudding according to directions, substituting light cream for 2 cups required milk.
  2. When cooked remove from heat, whisk in remaining light cream, vanilla and liqueur.
  3. Chill till very cold.
  4. Fold in whipped cream just before serving.
  5. Serves 12- 6oz cups.
  6. Note: prep time includes chilling.
