Chicken Like the Colonel's

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Pulverize for 3-4 minutes or rub through a fine strainer.
  3. Store in an air tight container.
  4. To Use: Mix 1 oz with 1 cup flour for coating chicken.
  5. Deep fry or bake in oven as you would with other coated chicken.
