Easy, Tasty, Non-fried Shrimp in Mayonnaise Sauce

  1. Chop broccoli into desired sizes.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 2-3 minutes.
  3. (I usually cook the stem as well.)
  4. Mix all condiments to make the sauce.
  5. Peel and devein the shrimp.
  6. Put the shrimp, salt, pepper, and sake into a plastic bag, and rub in.
  7. Add katakuriko to coat.
  8. Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
  9. Stir-fry the ginger and garlic until fragrant.
  10. Add shrimp and continue to heat.
  11. When the shrimp is cooked through, add broccoli and continue to stir-fry.
  12. Add the sauce and mix well.
  13. Dish it up and serve with mayonnaise.
