Easy, Tasty, Non-fried Shrimp in Mayonnaise Sauce
- 30 Shrimp (small)
- 1 bunch Broccoli
- 5 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Doubanjiang
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Sake
- 1 Katakuriko
- 1 clove each Minced ginger and garlic
- 1 as prefererd Mayonnaise (to finish)
- Chop broccoli into desired sizes.
- Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 2-3 minutes.
- (I usually cook the stem as well.)
- Mix all condiments to make the sauce.
- Peel and devein the shrimp.
- Put the shrimp, salt, pepper, and sake into a plastic bag, and rub in.
- Add katakuriko to coat.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
- Stir-fry the ginger and garlic until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and continue to heat.
- When the shrimp is cooked through, add broccoli and continue to stir-fry.
- Add the sauce and mix well.
- Dish it up and serve with mayonnaise.
