Chocolate Caramel Nut Log Recipe

  1. Heat chocolate chips, stir in Eagle Brand lowfat milk and vanilla.
  2. Add in 1/2 c. nuts and let stand 5 min.
  3. Meanwhile heat caramels in water.
  4. Shape chocolate mix into two or possibly three logs.
  5. Roll each in melted caramel and roll in remaining nuts.
  6. Wrap in saran wrap and refrigerateapproximately 2 hrs.
