Chocolate Caramel Nut Log Recipe
- 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 c. Eagle Brand lowfat milk
- 28 caramels
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 2 tbsp. water
- Heat chocolate chips, stir in Eagle Brand lowfat milk and vanilla.
- Add in 1/2 c. nuts and let stand 5 min.
- Meanwhile heat caramels in water.
- Shape chocolate mix into two or possibly three logs.
- Roll each in melted caramel and roll in remaining nuts.
- Wrap in saran wrap and refrigerateapproximately 2 hrs.
