Barbecued Pork Cream Soup Recipe

  1. Heat butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add in grnd barbecued pork & mix together.
  3. Add in flour & stir constantly for 4-5 minutes., but do not allow to burn.
  4. Add in all seasonings to broth & then slowly add in to first mix.
  5. Slowly add in lowfat milk & stir till blended.
  6. Let simmer 7-10 minutes.
  7. and stir constantly.
  8. Just before serving, stir in Madeira.
  9. Serve garnished w/ barbecued pork strips, fresh green onion bits & a splash of Madeira.
