Baked Pasta with Sausage and Peas

- 2 qt. rotini pasta, uncooked
- 1-1/2 cups frozen peas, thawed
- 1-1/2 qt. water
- 1-1/4 qt. tomato-basil pasta sauce
- 2 cups Delissio Italian Mozzarella Block, shredded
- Remove sausage from casing.
- Add to large skillet; cook on medium-high heat 8 to 10 min.
- or until sausage is no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
- Drain.
- Place sausage in 4-inch-deep half-size steam table pan.
- Add pasta, peas, water and sauce; mix lightly.
- Cover tightly with foil.
- Bake at 425F for 30 min.
- Remove foil; stir pasta mixture.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake an additional 10 min.
- or until pasta is tender.
- Let stand 10 min.
- before serving.
