Using a Dehydrator. - Glazed Banana Chips

  1. Mix honey, water and cinnamon in a bowl.
  2. Peel bananas.
  3. Cut in 1/4" slices.
  4. Dip bananas into glaze.
  5. Drain excess glaze from bananas.
  6. Place in a single layer on each tray.
  7. Plug dehydrator in.
  8. Dry banana slices until crisp.
  9. Drying time is 8-12 hours*.
