Chinese Buffalo Wings With Thai Sweet Chili Flavour
- 6 chicken wing and drumette
- 4 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp salt
- 4 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp fine chili powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 cup thai sweet chili sauce
- 4 clove fine dice garlic
- 5 small fine dice shallot
- 1 deseeded fine dice red chili pepper
- 1 cup dice spring onion
- MARINATE CHICKEN
- marinate chicken with dry rub then set aside for 30 minute
- DEEP FRY CHICKEN
- deep fry chicken till lightly brown and crispy for about 5 minute or longer depending on the thickness and size of the chicken
- THAI SWEET CHILI SAUCE
- in pan pour sauce and bring to a boil then off heat and set aside
- once cool add spring onion and toss fried chicken and serve immediately
