Medley Marinade Recipe
- 1 lg. can shoepeg corn (white whole kernel)
- 1 lg. can french cut green beans
- 1 lg. can LeSeur green peas
- 4 ounce. minced pimento
- 1 cucumber, minced
- 1 green sweet pepper, minced
- 2 stalks celery, minced
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 onion, minced
- Drain the canned vegetables and combine the other vegetables.
- Mix well: 1 c. cider vinegar, 1 c. sugar and 1/2 c. veg.
- oil.
- Put the vegetables in a large container with a lid, pour the liquid over them and chill for 24 hrs.
- Drain before serving.
- This will keep up to two weeks.
