Medley Marinade Recipe

  1. Drain the canned vegetables and combine the other vegetables.
  2. Mix well: 1 c. cider vinegar, 1 c. sugar and 1/2 c. veg.
  3. oil.
  4. Put the vegetables in a large container with a lid, pour the liquid over them and chill for 24 hrs.
  5. Drain before serving.
  6. This will keep up to two weeks.
