Dashi Kombu Side Dish - Enjoy With Rice or as a Snack

  1. Thinly slice the kombu leftover from making dashi stock into string-like strands.
  2. Roughly chop the leftover bonito flakes into slices.
  3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, then add the sesame oil.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir-fry over medium heat until the moisture cooks off.
  5. Sprinkle on sesame seeds, then serve.
