Speedy Tuna Spaghetti

  1. Cook spaghetti according to packet directions.
  2. Drain and return to saucepan.
  3. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and cook onion and garlic until onion is soft.
  4. Stir in milk and cheese / cornflour blend and heat gently for 4 - 5 minutes or until sauce begins to thicken; add tuna, cook until heated through.
  5. Mix sauce through pasta, reheat gently and serve.
