Tofu Sour Cream

• 1 pkg. (10-1/2 oz.) firm tofu
• 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp. nutritional yeast (optional)
• 2 tbsp. lemon juice
• 3 tsp. vinegar
• 1 dash salt

1. Combine all ingredients n a blender and blend until smooth.
