Roasted Tomato & Red Pepper Pasta

  1. put the tomatoes, peppers and garlic in a roasting tin and roast in a medium oven for about 40mins, or until soft and juicy.
  2. meanwhile, cook the pasta as per packet directions.
  3. add the cooked pasta and creme fraiche to the roasting tin mixture and stir well.
  4. put back in the oven for 5 minutes to heat through.
  5. serve and enjoy!
