Quick Garlic & Chilli Bread for the BBQ

  1. Sift flour & salt together into a large bowl, mix in parsley, garlic & chilli.
  2. Blend in oil and add water, mix to a soft dough and turn onto a floured surface.
  3. Knead Gently.
  4. Cut into 4 even-sized pieces, roll into thin circles and brush each piece lightly with oil.
  5. Cook circles on an oiled hot BBQ plate for 2 mins each side flattening as they cook.
