Debbie'S Luscious Dessert
- 2 c. crushed graham crackers
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 3 sq. bitter chocolate, melted
- 1 1/2 c. cream
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. white mini-marshmallows
- 1/2 c. crushed peppermint sticks
- Mix graham crackers, sugar and butter.
- Press into 9 x 13-inch pan; freeze.
- Cream powdered sugar and eggs.
- Add butter and chocolate.
- Beat until fluffy, 5 minutes or more.
- Spread over graham cracker mixture; freeze.
- Whip the cream.
- Add marshmallows and candy, reserving a little of the candy.
- Spread on top of chocolate mixture.
- Sprinkle remaining candy on top of cream mixture.
- Freeze.
- Take out 15 minutes before serving.
