Chocolate Easter Eggs Recipe
- 1/4 pound butter
- 2 (1 lb.) boxes 10x sugar
- 1/2 c. mashed potatoes, plain
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Blend butter and warm potatoes.
- Let stand till cold.
- Add in sugar and vanilla.
- Knead till creamy.
- Mold into shapes.
- Refrigerateone hour and dip.
- Fruits or possibly nuts can be added.
- Some recipes can be used to make sweet potato candy.
- Just add in coconut, roll into long strips and cut to desired size.
- Roll in cinnamon and chill.
