Steamed Clams With a Twist

  1. Put the first 5 itmes in a a large frying pan.
  2. Start low bring the flavors together for 5 minutes.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Add you clams and cook until they have opened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Disgard any clams that are closed.
  6. Serve
  7. My Dh loves to dip bread into the left over broth.

dry wine, garlic, butter, salt, brown sugar, littleneck clams
