Chicken French Recipe

  1. Heat butter in an electric fry pan and saute/fry garlic in it.
  2. Beat Large eggs in mixing bowl.
  3. Dip chicken in egg.
  4. Then coat in bread crumbs, brown on both sides in butter and garlic about 10 min on each side.
  5. Mix lemon juice, water and wine together and pour over chicken.
  6. Cover and cook 25 min.
  7. Top each breast with a slice of Swiss cheese and cover to heat cheese.
  8. Serve hot.
