Chicken French Recipe
- 1 stick butter
- 3 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 3 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. dry white wine (optional)
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- Heat butter in an electric fry pan and saute/fry garlic in it.
- Beat Large eggs in mixing bowl.
- Dip chicken in egg.
- Then coat in bread crumbs, brown on both sides in butter and garlic about 10 min on each side.
- Mix lemon juice, water and wine together and pour over chicken.
- Cover and cook 25 min.
- Top each breast with a slice of Swiss cheese and cover to heat cheese.
- Serve hot.
