Seafood Banquet Pie Recipe

  1. Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk, butter, onion, parsley, and seasonings.
  2. Break salmon into chunks, removing bones and skin.
  3. Stir salmon into egg mix.
  4. Pour into well-greased 8-inch pie plate.
  5. Prepare pastry and mix according to directions.
  6. Roll 1/8-inch thick.
  7. Cut 8-inch circle.
  8. Cut circle in 6 wedges.
  9. Arrange atop pie.
  10. Bake at 425 degrees about 25 min.
  11. Serve immediately with chilled cucumber sauce or possibly tartar sauce to spoon over wedges (see miscellaneous section).
  12. Serves 6.
