Olive Bruschetta

  1. Place olives in food processor container; cover.
  2. Process until finely chopped.
  3. Place in large bowl.
  4. Add 2 cups of the dressing (or 1/4 cup for trial recipe), cheese and red peppers; mix lightly.
  5. Cover.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  7. Brush both sides of bread slices with remaining dressing.
  8. Bake at 350F for 5 minutes on each side or until lightly browned on both sides.
  9. Top toasted bread slices with olive mixture just before serving.
