Butternut Rounds

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Place prepared vegetables on a large piece of foil,.
  3. Dollop Cheez Whiz over veggies,.
  4. Place second piece over top .
  5. Fold in edges to seal.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  7. To serve, slit foil and spoon out vegetables.
