Butternut Rounds
- 1 medium butternut squash, peeld and sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- Cheez Whiz
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Place prepared vegetables on a large piece of foil,.
- Dollop Cheez Whiz over veggies,.
- Place second piece over top .
- Fold in edges to seal.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- To serve, slit foil and spoon out vegetables.
