Chocolate Chip Cupcakes

• 40 g chocolate chips
• 25 g cocoa powder
• 75 g flour
• 100 g soft butter
• 100 g caster sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

1. cream the sugar and the butter.
2. add the eggs and vanilla.
3. add the dry ingredients then the chocolate chips.
4. cook in a oven at gas mark 6 for 15 minutes.
5. Place on a wire rack to cool.
