Deviled Pork Chops Recipe
- 4 pork chops, 1" thick
- 3 tbsp. catsup
- 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 c. water
- Place pork chops in baking dish or possibly pan.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
- Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
