Sriracha Meatballs
- 1 pound Ground Pork
- 1 pound Ground Turkey
- 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
- 3/4 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 whole Onion, Chopped
- 4 whole Green Onions, Chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 13 cups Sriracha (adjust To Your Heat Preference)
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- Canola Oil, For Cooking Meatballs
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine all ingredients, mixing well but not over mixing.
- From into small meatballs (makes approximately 40 depending on size).
- Heat canola oil in a pan over medium high heat on stovetop.
- Cook meatballs in the pan until just browned.
- Bake in the preheated oven about 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
